HI ENERGY MARINE SERVICES, INC. (HEMSI) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 13, 2012 previously under the name MBHPP Marine Services, Inc. The Company's service includes harbor assistance, towage, mooring, ferry services/crew change, tending, anchor handling, maritime commerce and navigation on various ports in the Philippines.
We are a proudly Filipino owned company, dedicated to the service of the nation’s maritime industry. We consider this our contribution to nation building and our legacy among local mariners.
We see ourselves as more than just service providers, but also trusted partners and close associates of each of our clients. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our business partners whenever they enter our nation’s harbors.
Hi Energy Marine Services, Inc. is a service organization that is anchor deep in the maritime industry. It was born from a common vision shared by its leaders and stockholders has grown steadily from one tugboat to its present fifteen (15) fleets with more to be activated for service within the coming years. This growth is owed to the high level of commitment having a deep appreciation on the needs and expectations of the shipping companies by knowing how best to serve them and their crews.

Safety and Policy
HEMSI has established its Safety & Quality policy that is communicated to, and understood by its employees: HEMSI is committed to provide a safe and efficient tug operation services, and, thereby, aims to foster long-term commercial relationships with its customers by providing high quality service and achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.The corporation is also committed to fully satisfy all the statutory and regulatory requirements of the National, International, Administrative and all other relevant agencies. In order to achieve this, the Corporation has implemented a Safety and Quality Management System that meets the minimum requirements of theISO 9001:2015 Standard, NSM Code and the ISM Code as specified in the management system. All Corporation employees, shore based and sea going are responsible for implementing the Corporation's Quality Policy. The Corporation's Management is responsible to monitor and review this Policy on a regular basis in order to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. As evidence of Management's commitment on the implementation of the above that policy is to be posted at prominent positions at Corporation's premises and onboard managed tugboats.
